Image Access Conducts Service Technician Trainings in Germany and the U.S.

ASP Training in Chicago, Illinois

Image Access conducted technical service training courses in both Wuppertal, Germany and Chicago, Illinois, USA this month on the entire WideTEK and Bookeye product lines.

The last 2012 Authorized Service Provider training class on November 14th and 15th, in Chicago, Illinois gave trainees from California, Texas, Indiana and Montreal, Quebec experience in all aspects of the hardware and software.

In addition to hands on experience installing, troubleshooting and servicing WideTEK and Bookeye scanners, trainees learned how to use the advanced functionality of the Scan2Net technological platform and all administrative functions available within the Image Access Customer Service Portal were detailed in both courses.

Image Access to Conduct U.S. Authorized Service Provider Training in Chicago

Due to increased demand on the part of new resellers in the United States, Image Access will conduct one more Authorized Service Provider training class this year, in Chicago on November 14-15 2012, at the Doubletree Hotel O’Hare Rosemont.

ASP training is open to all North American companies who have registered as authorized resellers of the WideTEK and Bookeye series scanners.  Training will cover in detail the WideTEK and Bookeye scanner products — from installation and setup procedures, service procedures, software, options and accessories; upgrade procedures, parts replacement program to all warranty/extended coverage information.

Jonathan Wenninger, North American Product Manager, will once again be the lead instructor and will be assisted by Steve Andrikut, North American Business Development Manager.  Reseller service personnel from California, Texas, Indiana, New York and the province of Quebec, Canada will be in attendance.

Another Successful WideTEK and Bookeye Technical Training

On the 26th and 27th of July, Image Access conducted a technical training workshop for new partners at our factory in Wuppertal.  Trainees were instructed on the technical aspects of supporting WideTEK and Bookeye scanners and had hands-.on experience working with a Bookeye 4, as shown in the photo above.
