Cologne, Warsaw, Greece, New Orleans, Tokyo – After introduction at CeBIT in March 2017, the WideTEK® 36ART has inspired a broad audience of experts at other events worldwide. Since then, over 50 systems have been installed at customer sites in numerous locations, an impressive number for a large format art scanner. During the ramp up phase to volume production, 50 systems were manufactured and shipped in six months time. One of the successful installations was in the Brandenburg State Archives in Potsdam, Germany where over 4,200 historical documents, including medieval chronicles, plans and documents embossed with seals were scanned for digital accessibilty in their reading room.

Whether scanning paintings, delicate historical documents or other art objects, the WideTEK 36ART is ideal for gentle and contact free digitization
Because it gently digitizes and archives originals contact free, the WideTEK 36ART is the ideal solution for digitizing oil and acrylic paintings, watercolors, charcoal and pastel drawings, mixed media collages and antique works of art; at 600dpi in formats up to 914 x 1524mm / 36 x 60 inches.
