At the end of August, another training took place in the Image Access showroom in Wuppertal, Germany. Two technical staff members from our Japanese distributor Universal Business Technologies Corporation (UBTC) in Tokyo, Japan took part in a comprehensive training in the operation and technical servicing of the Bookeye and WideTEK scanners from Image Access. Led by the Image Access support team, Mr. Kimifusa Hakoda and Mr. Kiyokazu Nakano from UBTC spent three days assembling and testing the various scanners in our Bookeye and WideTEK product families. Finally, Technical Support Manager Adrian Musiol handed over the Authorized Service Technician certificates to the attendees.
