On June 13 and 14, 2023 Image Access LP hosted its second Partner Conference for the Americas and celebrated 10 years in business as a sales, distribution, service, and technical training organization serving the United States, Canada, Latin America, and the Caribbean. The Partner Conference was held in the new Image Access LP location in Gallatin, Tennessee. It was attended by resellers from across the U.S. and from Panama, Paraguay, Peru, Colombia, Honduras, and other locations.
On June 13, attendees arrived for a Meet & Greet event in the Showroom, where every scanner offered by Image Access is on display and attendees could get to know each other and all of the new scanners. In addition, they got the chance to try Nashville’s famous barbeque cuisine.
Following a bagel breakfast on June 14th, a full conference day was on the agenda during which Image Access CEO Thomas Ingendoh welcomed the attendees and presented a company history and a view of the future. By sharing plans and visions with the attendees, the founder of Image Access not only gave them a clear sense of why Image Access is successful but also allowed them to share experiences and success stories between countries. As the growing family that Image Access resellers and distributors are, they were able to learn and have fun during the process.
Image Access staff Jonathan Wenninger, David Gerbholz, and Octavio Navarro talked to attendees about the Image Access products, services, and concepts for the future of Image Access LP, while Manuel Paradis dedicated his time to the Latin American and Caribbean attendees. Breakout sessions and a tour of the very large facilities in Gallatin were conducted in both English and Spanish.
In the evening, the group boarded a bus for downtown Nashville and a rooftop dinner on Broadway Street. It proved to be a fun event that none of us will forget!
